Micaela brings with her extensive experience in the educational and relational fields, combined with a deep sensitivity toward language, personal growth, and connection with nature. Her training stems from studies in Literature and Philosophy, with a particular interest in Eastern philosophy and the inner pathways of the human being, and develops further through Steiner pedagogy, dramatic arts, and her encounter with mindfulness, which becomes one of her main modes of presence and listening.

Over the years, she has worked as an educator and teacher in a variety of school and social contexts, from the Steiner schools of Varese, Bellinzona, and Origlio to Montessori nurseries and extracurricular centers in Ticino. At the same time, she has specialized in teaching Italian to non-native speakers, collaborating with the Red Cross, SOS Ticino, Casa Astra, and other organizations engaged in linguistic and social integration. Her approach combines creativity, welcome, and the ability to transform language into a space for authentic connection.

Alongside teaching, she pursues a path of deep personal research, obtaining a diploma as a mindfulness instructor, certification in Forest Therapy, and training in psychogenealogy and family constellations. She leads meditation sessions, forest immersion experiences, and mindfulness workshops, integrating body, breath, and inner vision. Her experience in theatre, including a collaboration with La Scala Theatre, further enriches her expressive and relational sensitivity.
